Welcome Message to students

Your college years will be some of the most important and influential years of your life.  Much of what you learn and experience here will determine the kind of person you will be later in life. It should be a life-changing experience for positive change. Use it wisely, enjoy it, and don’t let the bad days get you down.  

On a day-to-day basis, the Deputy Principal has overall responsibility for staff and student issues. Based on my experiences, I would like you to consider these key guidelines for having a successful and enjoyable stay here at Masai Technical Training Institute.

  2. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. 
  3. Use all the facilities available to you.
  4. Attend all your classes and complete your assignments.
  5. Get involved in extra-curricular activities. 
  6. Be security conscious. 
  7. Be smart in all issues and enjoy learning. 

About the Office

The Deputy Principal is responsible for assisting the Principal with the administration of the institution and deputizes in his absence.

Wahome Rureri - Deputy Principal

This position has special responsibility for student issues, including improving and maintaining academic quality, developing, implementing and assessing student services and co-curricular programmes that support the development and success of all students, and enhancing the quality of college life at Masai Technical Training Institute. 

The Deputy Principal directly supervises staff in charge of a number of student services. This office is also responsible for the management of programmes and personnel associated with learning support services, policy development, and career development.
